An old Gith who acted as the speaker of the council in Lacertillia, Calling order when it was required in a unique way, (Ordeeerrrrrrrrr). He also initiated and closed voting. Feeling duty-bound he kept to his post no matter the situation, not even being stoned to death by rioters in 51 Dragon. His spirit was quickly found sat upon the speaker's chair, ready to start the city-wide vote on whether to banish the hunters or not. Tied to the first capital hill, Jahova still officiates over voting in Lacertillia.
