Velkynvelve

History

Velkynvelve ("unseen knife" in the Drow language) was a small drow outpost of the city of Menzoberranzan. It was specifically used to collect slaves captured in various raids before taking them to the city as workers or sacrifices to Lolth.

Party History

After being kidnapped by drow from their various home towns Moss, Hogie, Faeryl, Azreal and Bobbie were thrown in a cell alongside fellow prisoners Ront, Prince Derendil, Stool, Sarith Kzekarit, Jimjar, Eldeth Feldrun, Shuushar and Bupido.

Through some planning and improvised weapons, mixed with the luck of a random demon attack on the prison the party and the prisoners managed to break out of their cell and make their way down from the elevated prison. With a combination of a lift, a grappling rope and a misty step all of them made it safely to the ground with the exception of Ront who was killed by the drow guards.

After deliberation on where to go next they decided they would travel with Shuushar and Prince Derendil to Sloobludop. With Stool and Sarith going to the Netherlight Grove, Eldeth and Bupido going to Gracklstugh and Jimjar going to Blingdenstone.

But as they leave they need to move stealthily and fast so as to not get hunted down by the warden and her followers.

Inhabitants

The commander of the outpost was Ilvara Mizzrym of House Mizzrym and her senior officials were Shoor Vandree and Asha Vandree of House Vandree and Jorlan Duskryn of House Duskryn.
