Anatomy

The true form of a mimic is unknown. But it is believed that it has an amorphous form. Being stone-like but being a gray goo.

Ecology and Habitats

Mimics will live anywhere. Their favorite places to live are dark places that make it easy for them to hunt.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They can eat almost anything. Their favorite foods are people or critters, that fall for their traps.

Additional Information

Domestication

It is possible to tame these monsters. But it has its own risks. The monster can be tamed by feeding it every day. Once it has a full belly it will be willing to go with a person. As long as the food keeps coming. If the food ever stops coming it they will eat their "owner."

Uses, Products & Exploitation

If you are able to tame a mimic it can turn into anything on command. The mimic can turn into a backpack or even a boat. The mimic will need time to shapeshift and no one watching it. Also having a mimic backpack has its own risks. You have to tell it that something is for eating or holding.

Average Intelligence

The mimic is smart enough to figure out what they will need to turn into. This allows them to get the most amount of food. It also seems to understand some of what anyone says.

They have good senses. They have normal sight, smell, hearing, and touch.
