She's coming

Deep beneath the desert wasteland, in the heart of this cavern untouched by time until recently, a figure stirred on the cold floor. With metallic clunks she stood up and found herself looking down at the endless stars, yet remaining steady without falling. The air is heavy with dust & sand, and strange lights flickered around, yet it was of no bother. She looked around and saw strange, yet familiar sights but was entranced the moment her gaze fell upon this glossy pane; the source of those flickering lights. Beneath it lay a grid of squares, neatly jutting out with runes carved upon each except one. In the very center of this room were strange metal rods that jutted out from the "ground", making a sort of a spherical structure that pointed to it's own center. Without hesitation, she walked over to this glowing pane and started tapping away on the grid. However, very quickly she learned that her goal was unachievable but that did not deter her, swiftly shifting to her next course of action, continuing to mash away at this grand. It was mere moments later the metal structure started glowing as a magic circle was erected around it. Abandoning the grid, she stepped over this glowing circle and was whisked away, but not before saying "I. Will. Be. Back"
