Hama Bishar

Representative of the Council of Kings to the royal wedding. An elderly black woman with snow white hair. Sylvestorlater apparently met a Hama Bishar who claimed she had been on vacation for the past several months, touring different farmer's markets and casinos, and did not actually attend the wedding. She had apparently visited @[Lachnai](person:f8187b65-13af-4c8b-9028-93469a187a45]'s farm at one point.
