A Viscount of a few mining towns in the Thunder Peaks. He had an inflated sense of ego and self worth, and when invited to Arabel for Therrin Obaskyr's cornation said something crude about the newly crowned King within Dalila Obaskyr's hearing. She promptly launched into a tirade against him, with enough vicious mockeries laced in that he was damaged to the point clerics needed to be called in.

Afterward he was much less egotistical.
