Eden
Elice Alberia Eagleshield
Elice Alberia Eaglesheld also known as "Eden" was formerly a noble of the Eagleshield house; one of the 76 noble houses within Waterdeep. Although nobility, the Eagleshield family are equivalent to backwater nobles, with little land or influence. She has been given the teachings befitting one of noble lineage but the humble lifestyle she has lived has kept her grounded. From a very young age, she has admired the concept of heroes; whether they're fiction or real heroes who have managed to make a name for themselves in the Forgotten Realms. Her dream is to follow in the footsteps of the many legends so her name can be heard even in the heavens. Loved by all, trusted by all, her goal was simple yet it was something she wished to achieve from the bottom of her heart. She awakened her innate magic, taught herself how to fight and protect, learned as much as she could and set out on a journey at a young age after her family had all peacefully passed away.
She traveled much across the sword coast; as part of the adventurer's guild, she took on minor help quests, defeated bandits and helped people as much as she could. Eventually, her journey led to her meeting an Astral Elf named Leon Fallenstar. They become quick friends and formed the party "Razor Eagle". Although the idea was Leon's, it was Eden who ended up becoming their leader. As the years went on by, she noticed as more and more allies had joined her on this journey. With them by her side, she thought she could achieve her goal of becoming a true hero.
Although, fate only had despair in store for her. During a certain incident at Baldur's Gate. She fought alongside her allies to defeat an evil cult who were attempting to drag the entire city into the first layer of Hell, Avernus. As their battle reached the climax; they stood against an unstoppable foe. A strange priest who was set on blowing up the city and was attacking with strange magic that opened rifts in the fabric of reality itself. In her powerlessness, she tossed everything aside and took the crystal that was going to explode very soon into one of these rifts. The explosion was so powerful as it could be felt across dimensions. In the end, the only thing that returned was a severed hand with severe burns.
Although she was happy with saving her friends, a hint of regret remained as a voice (Vecna) whispered to her. It promised her power and a second chance at life. Knowing this voice was pure evil, she accepted this offer nonetheless. Awakening in the mortal world, nearly 5 years had passed. She remained distant from her old comrades so to not bring them more grief once the limited time granted to her reaches its end.
Throughout her journey, she sends them various letters from an anonymous alias in order to provide various bits and pieces of information that would be helpful to their cause.
In battle, she wields a shield to protect her allies and smack foes around.
She joined the main party with Larkspur, Cribbons, Argent, and Girazora during the Hag Quest.

Personal history
Eden's worst memory involves them floating in the Astral Sea, missing an eye and their left arm, slowly bleeding out. They are apparently the former leader of the Razor Eagles and died saving Baldur's Gate. However, they struck a deal with Vecna to come back to help prevent the rise of Greg.
