A former data analyst in Spectre. For a while he served as the primary messenger to Dalila Obaskyr about new reports from the organization.

He escaped the worst of the fallout from Spectre over Cormyr and is currently serving as one of the point people as other nobles and forces divvy up Spectre's remains.
