Clay Cuts

A city settled into a canyon in the Oathbreaker Badlands. Thanks to a druid a few years ago who had some seeds on them, they actually can produce some fresh food. Its mayor is Arde'nell Firemourn. It has a couple main rules:

1. No magic in the city (For reasons of limiting random explosions as the antimagic field sweeps through)
2. You have to say what oath you broke to wind up in the Badlands
3. No members of the Rowdy Riders allowed (Jeffery Blackhand's  crew)
4. No wormkin allowed
