An ambitious young mage from Suzail University with the equivalent of an MBA who joined the Council of Intelligence Operations Reformation in order to scheme for political capital. He's also aware that you can't just dismantle an intelligence organization on the eve of a massive war, which has resulted in him becoming one of the sole voices of reason on the council. He is very unhappy about this.
