  A unique race of Owl-like humanoids who change form as the night falls and the sun rises.   Twools change size as with the sunrise.   In the night they are tall and in the day they are small.   Super big during an eclips or when near certain locations.

Racial Features

Night Sight

T'wools have exceptional night vision. As long as you are above ground, you can see in the dark as if it was broad daylight.  

Keen Vision

You are naturally proficient with perception (wisdom) and have advantage on any perception roll that relies on sight.  

Infrequent Flyer

You have the power of flight, albeit to a lesser degree than most. As a standard action, you may fly up to 40ft. However, you must always land at the end of this movement. This cannot be used with Creature of the Night is active.  

Creature of the Night

Once the sun has set a terrible instinct takes hold of you, growing your form into that of a menacing predator. Whenever the sun has fully set, you transform into a medium-sized creature. During this time you gain +4 to your strength, +2 to your dexterity, a movement speed of 35ft. and a fly speed of 40ft. But lose your racial bonuses to wisdom and charisma. While you are in this form, you are driven to kill and eat anything smaller than you; But only as long it is safe to do so. You are not driven to kill anything that you have a fondness for or have build a relation with. And can resist this compulsion with a dc 12 wisdom save per target. Once day brakes you will return to your normal form. While in your night form your standard natural attack is replaced by with your night claws.
