Control System
Control is just that a measure of how much control a character has over their actions. Here it is abstracted into 5 (tenchincaly six) levels of control.
Levels of Control
5 - Total control
A character makes their own decisions and when prompted from a check it is always left to them which one to pick. You are immune to almost all lesser compulsions when in total control.4 - Standard Control
This is the starting point for most characters. At this level of the game, they function as normal. You will normally be told what type of role to make when asked for a check.3 - Mostly in control
While here you may be asked to make checks to perform actions that your Gm decides your character thinks they would not want to do. This is especial the case for anything scary or particularly dangerous.2 - Some control
While at this level of control your character can refuse to do certain actions at your GMs discretion. You do not get any checks to resits this but this will never be applied to things your character would absolutely not want to do.1 - No Control
When you can only make saving throws to resist your character's actions.0 - Puppet
When your control is at zero that character is a puppet of the Gm or any of their characters.Remove these ads. Join the Worldbuilders Guild
