Ceptum-on-Sea
A large port town located on southern banks of High Water in Everwest's, ceptum lise dangoursly close to Cavvannar sturn Isle of Ohrro.
Built originally as a rival to Thallumpa, Ceptum soon abandoned this in favour of seeking a trade in the fishing industry. Though it was somewhat opposed to this pursuit by its neighbours, they were far more interested in trade and shipping, allowing Ceptum to get ahead of the market.
These days Ceptum has settled more into the role of a dedicated warehouse town, with extensive storage facilities marking its shores.
Controversy has often surrounded the area of Ceptum, with a long shadow being cast by the Isle of Ohrro and the countless failed expeditions into its depths. The town has long been criticized for its lack of prevention of such expeditions occurring, with critics accusing its government of using it as a tribute to the Cavvannar of the island.
Extensive rumours have sighted the area of being under the sway of Ancient's cabal, but to this day no evidence of such a thing has been found.
What does the future hold for Ceptum? Time only knows.
