Halfling Downs

The Halfling Downs is a walled hamlet on a hill.
At the base of the cliff there is are three buildings with large enclosure for sheep.
Hugo Longfoot, Thain and Head of the Hobbitry in Arms.
The Thristy Bones Inn is managed by Ebenizer and Marion Huckleberry, who are charming, talkative halfling owners.
