High Security Space

The space that is protected by SCMD - Stellar Command 
SCMD has outposts and patrol ships in and around the "inner" solar system (Jupiter's orbit and within).  This doesn't mean that ALL inner-space is protected all the time, but that around planets, moons and some asteroids, SCMD has a protective presence.
