As a teacher, she brings an adventurous and whimsical approach to her lessons, attempting to instill a sense of wonder and curiosity in her young charges. Although frustrated with the regime's censorship and control, she remains nurturing and protective of Ivan and Alexi, determined to make a difference in their lives despite overwhelming odds.
