At first the book was only available to studying witches but its now accessible for other races in academic purposes.
Legal status
All the witch covens has confirmed the book real and valid. They all study it in young age.
Historical Details
Background
The book has a religious purpose but also an academic purpose. The witches are meant to study and learn from it. It also ascertains their history, religion and how closely related to Fae they are.
Public Reaction
The book is only for educational purposes and most young witches was either bored or thrilled to learn more about magic or the moon goddess.
Legacy
The book is used widely amongst the covens but only when a witch studies it, mostly a coven only have one or two so its well protected.
