Yoan is a member of the The Five Man Band and a TKAttercopSpecies TKSin-Eater. He is a member of the Guild of Thieves along with fellow bandmate Mihailis.
Considered a prodigy, Yoan is one of the top members of the Guild and sent on their most crucial missions. As a Sin-Eater, the equivalent of a priest, Yoan is exempt from the strict mating quota imposed upon Volana by their Empress, the Godsibb TKAlloces-Volana, who mated with the God Assur to bring forth their descendants.
Yoan's tale takes a dark turn when he is sent to the TKNaefergrene, where he is tasked with helping TKHarlow, a TKMothman whose settlement is overtaken by a mysterious blight. In the process, he falls victim to the wiles of a TKForestDevil and is turned into an Alrauna.
The effects of Forest Rot cause him to go mad, which is eventually noticed by Mihailis and TKPercy. Sensing he will be a major threat, the two plot to have Yoan killed and his position replaced by Mihailis' sister Catharine.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Yoan is tall for his species, though below average height for a human male. He has a compact, wiry build and is athletic. He rarely, has only had two anterior limbs amputated rather than four, having another set of arms which sit above his hips.
Body Features
With four arms, Yoan has a top-heavy body but is still comparatively compact to larger species. He has white body hair and hyperpigmentation, with his blueish-grey skin suffering from Argyria. His odd-shaped sternum holds a ribcage and lungs, with a pseudo-vertebrae of nerve endings and cartlidge producing two external spinnerets at the base of his torso, just below his second set of arms. His sweat is slightly adhesive, which allows him to travel by jumping and climbing.
Facial Features
Yoan has a square face with a hooked nose and a blue-grey complexion. He has eight eyes- two large, and six smaller spaced around his head order to detect vibrations and movement. His jaw makes room for two retractable chelicerae through extra joints, which stick out slightly from his cheeks. He has fangs with some aquired human teeth for chewing ease.

Yoan is extremely flexible and unnaturally strong relative to his size.
Special abilities
Yoav can produce silk webbing from spinnerets at the base of his pseudo-spine, which can support his weight.
Apparel & Accessories
Yoan is typically seen wearing dark colours, dressing in fitted black trousers and buttoned, collared coat beneath a charcoal black cloak. Sometimes he wears a matching hat. He is always equipped with a dagger for close quarter combat, but often has other weapons on him as well.
