Pub Goblin

A pub won by a hobgoblin in a bet, he now runs it as a ramshakle establishment. From the outside it looks unfriendly, dull and crude. Timber and marble pillars make up most of the building's outer structure. It's impossible to see through the dirty windows, but the lifelessness from within can be felt outside.
As you enter the tavern through the huge, hardwooden door, you're welcomed by a horrific scent and whispers. The bartender is reading a newspaper and makes no effort to acknowledge your pressence. 
It's as somber inside as it is on the outside. Hardwooden beams support the upper floor and the rows of small, molten candles attached to them. The walls are decorated, if you can call it that, with old paintings covered in dust. The tavern itself is almost completely abanonded. The few people inside are silent and they keep to themselves, but whoever they are, they give you an uncomfortable feeling of dread.
You did hear rumors about this tavern, supposedly it's infamous for something, but for the life of you you can't remember what for. Though juding by the things and people you've seen, you're not waiting to find out.
