Arc'an Rock

The Imperial city of Arc'an Rock is one of the founding cities of the Hojan Confederation.

Located on the east coast of the Hojan Peninsula about half way up to Geron's Passage, Arc'an Rock lies there on the banks of the river Bed.

Its wealth is based, as with most of the other founding cities on its trade.
