Markentis
Markentis is very rich, but very tiny town. Her major income is linked to the massive and well-known market located at the side of the lake. The village looks very neat and clean, and clearly shows her wealth. The buildings are all made from precisely cut natural rock, with well-kept gardens, clean and well-kept banners and street lanterns and nowhere a sign of homeless people, beggars, or even poverty.
Infrastructure
Markentis is located on the crossroads between Rantaan, Nisor and Garma over land and has a connection over water to the Imetis fjord and to Garma. Its most impressive piece of infrastructure is the broad stone bridge which spans the whole lake between Markentis and the market.
