Second Warden Kijo
Summary:
The Warden of the Second Tier upon the Oni-infested slopes of Mount Ōe. Kijo is an anomaly among the usually brutish creatures. Her duty is to focus on the less physical aspects of combat, such as strategy and the use of shamanistic magic. She is particularly adept at the latter, and the Second Tier is usually filled with a thick mist of her own design, while she performs rituals in one of the many caves that frequent the barren landscape. Indeed, finding Kijo is the first step in proving one is worthy of her teachings.
Though her lack of raw physical strength does hurt her standing among the oni, just as many of them fear her for dabbling in that which they do not understand. This is fine with Kijo, as she enjoys the solitude, usually only emerging from her lair at the peak of each festival night to join in before returning exhausted the next morning.
