Yeven Wilbrand

Wilbrand is the Innkeep at the Slumbering Serpent, the only inn in town, in Dropston. He is fascinated with the outside world and looks as though he always has his bags packed to leave as soon as he can. The rickety old building which houses the Slumbering Serpent too is falling apart due to the lack of funds.
