Firbolg
Firbolgs are enigmatic beings steeped in mysticism and nature's secrets. As giant-kin they tend to tower over most other races, save for their Goliath kin, their massive forms exude an aura of quiet strength and innate connection to the natural world. With skin ranging from deep earthy tones to gentle pastels, their appearances tend to mirror the diverse landscapes they call home.
Often found wandering through secluded forests or hidden groves, Firbolgs hold an intrinsic bond with nature, often living in harmony with the land's flora and fauna. Their society is one of micro-communal or solitary living, where each member is responsible for both themselves and their kin as well as the world around them. Seers and caretakers, Firbolgs often serve as guardians of ancient sites and mystical places, preserving the balance of the world.
Firbolgs are known for their innate ability to communicate with animals and plants, granting them unparalleled insight into the natural world's rhythms. Their gentle demeanor belies their formidable strength, which they will wield to protect their domains from those who seek to harm or exploit them should their more passive methods of removal fail.
Ancestral traditions and druidic practices play a significant role in Firbolg culture. Rituals involving the harmonization of mind, body, and spirit are central to their existence, emphasizing their desire to maintain equilibrium within the world. These ceremonies often involve rhythmic dances, melodic chants, and the use of herbal concoctions.
Believed to be influenced by the Fey and a supposed connection to the Feywild, Firbolgs are often seen as wise and enigmatic figures, embodying the delicate balance between the tangible and the mystical. Their presence in any realm carries with it an air of ancient wisdom and an unwavering devotion to safeguarding the world's natural splendor.

Even as Giant-kin, Firbolgs reject the social hierarchy of the Giants, instead they created a system called simply called "the code". The premise was conceived in bygone Eras, although its exact origins, and any original pieces have are long-lost; today a written copy is usually carried by all Firbolgs, but the exact implementation varies from one community to the next. It promotes the general idea that the society is the most important aspect and supersede the individual. Actions are more important than relatives or heritage.
