Potion of Climbing

Potions of Climbing or Climbing Potions are a form of potion that temporarily allows the user to rapidly climb steep surfaces. Though stated as a common potion for other places in Tritum, upon Tenebris it is extremely rare to find anyone with the ability to produce this said potion. Difficulty in producing the potion comes from the needing of Monkey Fur, a creature that does not call the Dark Lands their home.

Mythos

The Climbing Potion has no known legends or orignis within Gnoll society. The potion is ether unknown to the Shamans, not been used enough to gain legends about it or a Gnoll pack has not told the rest of their people about it.

Effects

Upon drinking a Climbing Potion, it grantes the user the power to climb as fast and as effortlessly as walking, for a duration of one hour. Even extremely difficult surfaces become considerably easier to climb while under the effect of the potion.

Ingredient

• 1 Loft of Monkey Fur
• 1 Vial of Dwarven Blood
• 1 Handful of Spider Webs

Instructions

Ingredient Instructions

• Light up a small fire underneath alchemy equipment.
• Fill a vial with three quarters of water that will be needed to allow the user to drink the potion.
• Pour the Dwarvern Blood into the water, and stir until it has turned gray at the bottom of the vial.
• Slowly add the Spider Webs into the water, and let them melt until they make a silver layer above the gray layer.
• Add the Monkey Fur, and let it also melt into the water while stiring to produce a brown layer.
• With a small stiring item, stir each layer together though be clearful to not mix the layers. 
• Once the layers refuse to mix, stop stiring and leave on the fire. 
• After an hour, take off the small fire and place the Symbol of Climbing upon it.
