The Worlds First Spear

With a growing tribe and not enough food to feed them, a young dwarven woman develops the worlds first spear.

The Dwarven tribes begin to grow faster then they can trap animals, and suddenly larger hunts are required to keep the village fed. When a young woman's father comes home having had a near-death experience with a bear, she gets the idea that attacking from a safe distance would be best. The following weeks she spends trying out different idea, and she ends up finally preparing a long stick with a jagged stone atop it - and on the night of its completion the worlds first bear hunt had been made successful thanks to the worlds first spear.
