Appointment

The God Lucretia hand-picks those worthy of being ascended to the rank of Archdruid. These beings are not restricted to humanoid creatures: all forms of living creature are able to ascend to the rank of Archdruid at the God's discretion.

Duties

Those anointed Archdruids must dedicate their very existence to the longevity and wellbeing of the planet, Trinity. Should a force threaten to disrupt the order of nature and its inhabitants, it is an Archdruids first duty to sacrifice their very life, if need be, to eradicate the threat.

Benefits

The greatest benefit of an Archdruid is their relationship with Lucretia herself. Only beings of the Archdruid rank are able to directly communicate with her without the assistance of components or ritual. Additionally, Archdruids are the most powerful amongst the druids of trinity, their empowered connection with Lucretia strengthening the potency of their druid craft.

Accoutrements & Equipment

All Archdruids are crowned with a head dress relating to their respective circle. These are often infused with the form of the Archdruid, the antlers of the Archdruid of Wildlife being the most famous amongst the common folk of Trinity.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Archdruids are removed of their titles and powers by the removal of their head dress. The head dresses are destroyed in the process, and their connection to Lucretia severed.

Notable Holders

As the founder of The Circle of Nightmares, Ulfhild Draumrleif is perhaps one of the most powerful Archdruids to have ever existed. Although, this is mainly due to his anointment to the position by a cryptid god.
