The Serf-Pipeline

It is said that many Serf s find ways to communicate with each other across provinces and houses via an underground organization known as "The Serf Pipeline", despite the Serf Travel Ban. It is said they provide food, medicine, and supplies for the more impoverished serfs, as well as magical and technical training that any serf would be executed for even contemplating. This Pipeline is often dismissed as little more than the hopes of fools by most nobles, and is thus not taken seriously. How could such a thing exist when the Nobles have such a clear right to rule?

Still, some speak of conspiracy and plans in the dead if night. When these are whispered about names like Dun Dinnit and mentions of a Bear/Bee/Songbird or Snake are heard.
