Owen Nerr

The Leader of House Nerr, Owen is said to be an extremely skilled Duregar merchant. His origins remain oddly shrouded, having seemingly appeared from nowhere not long ago. Still, he has an entry as a member of the oddly obscure House Nerr in the Record Of Lineages, held by House Stry, so he evidently has a right to rule. Despite his independent status, he appears to have willingly enter into service as a cadet house of House Nacioun. Why a noble would give up such autonomy is unknown, but there are rumors...
