Along the eastern most coast of the Oligarchy several port towns vie for superiority over one another. Much is put into naval prowess, and ships are used to further goals and agendas through lucrative trade. The IZTC was set up so that small skirmishes would be discouraged among those not practicing in piracy, and to ensure the benefit of the entire Oligarchy instead of a small select few. Diplomatic endeavors are often undertaken via these trade vessels, and nearly always someone is in motion between the two nations.
