Decim Nacioun

Father to Count Ami Nacioun and Grandfather to both Malleolus Nacioun and Machia Nacioun. Decim is noted for being surprisingly blunt man for such a diplomatic house. Never caring for mincing words when he could mince faces, Decim steps down as leader of House Nacioun as soon as his son was eligible to rule so he could lead the navy instead. Theses days, despite his advancing age, he still actively leads his men in hunt any and all pirates in the waters off the east coast of the Oligarchy
