Superior Wetsuit

This wetsuit can be worn over your existing clothing/armor as a stylish cape when not in use. When activated (requires an action), the wetsuit will encompass and cling to your body as a second skin. While activate, the wetsuit allows you to breathe underwater and you have a swimming speed of 60 feet. Deactivating the wetsuit (requires an action) reverts it back into its cape form.
