Cybernetic Enhancement: Superior Lungs

To use these sym-tech lungs, they must be surgically implanted to replace the lungs in your chest, a process taking 6-8 hours, and it permanently uses one of your maintenance/attunement slots. The sym-tech lungs allow you to breathe normally, even in an Enforce Reality field, and their breathing function can't be suppressed by symbiotic effects.
Outside an Enforce Reality field or any other effect that suppresses symbiotic effects, these sym-tech lungs allow you to breathe normally in any environment (including a vacuum), and you have advantage on saving throws against harmful gases such as those created by a Chemical Warfare power, a Stinking Cloud power, inhaled poisons, and gaseous breath weapons .
As an action, you can use these sym-tech lungs to exhale a gust of wind, as if you had used the Wind Tunnel power (spell save DC 15). This property of the lungs can't be used again until after a long rest.

Wind Tunnel: Dramatically exhaling with your sym-tech lungs, you create a line of strong wind 60 feet long and 10 feet wide blasts from you in a direction you choose for the power’s duration. Each creature that starts its turn in the line must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from you in a direction following the line. Any creature in the line must spend 2 feet of movement for every 1 foot it moves when moving closer to you.
The gust disperses gas or vapor, and it extinguishes unprotected flames in the area. Tiny objects will also be blown away from you moving 15 feet on each of your turns while the effect is active.
As a bonus action on each of your turns before the power ends, you can change the direction in which the line blasts from you.
