Utumfell

A recently (150 years ago) broken civilization of Humans who reigned from a now non-existent capital on the Land now named Utumfell, harnessing the overflowing properties of the magical waters which flowed from the crater. However, these waters proved incompatible and dangerous which kick started their decent and ultimately their eradication. Some decedents live in the regions once owned by the kingdom, maintaining the land, but a lot of people cannot bare to live in the irradiated land.
