Creation Myth

A small village on the edge of civilisation was originally a quiet and peacefull place: The people got by, the children played in the street, the elderly were cared for. This continued for quite some time, enough for the people to get complacent, outside the turmoil of the cities that had to deal with eachother.

The people happend upon a rich mine of valuable minerals and metals, providing wealth and prosperiety to the village, too much for any one person to manage. The profits of the village, under order of the elders, were decided to be placed in a central bank, for anyone in the village to use for themeselves or the betterment of the village. Emotions were high around the gold pile, happiness of the wealth garnered but also negativity around the distrobution, especially by those working in the mines.

Even with the storm of emotions around the gold pile, it was cared for and still appreciated by all of the village, and from this care and gold a small dragonling crawled out, glistening much like the gold that surrounded it. Deemed to be the protector of the gold, the village cared for the Dragonling much as they did for any of their own, providing comforts, food and especially more gold for the pile. As the pile grew, so did the Dragon, officially becoming the protector by thwarting attempts of theft and seige upon the village, eventually, spanning generations, the Dragon came to be the leader of the now prosperous city, handling any and all trade and exchange within the city, providing fair judgement and terms.

The Dragon's inate abilities and care for their domain allowed for mass growth, from the small village to the empire it came to be, spanning and ruling all that could be seen. With each transaction passing through, each person paying tibute, all praising the central ruler of Eanel, The Dragon, growing past their mortal form from the age it had been alive, acended to Godhood. Still watching, still providing.

Migration Myth

The Migration originally was without Eanel, but discussion amongest the Gods were going nowhere, too many powerful voices around the table did not provide a suitable environment to amically reach a decision. Eanel was brought in to adjudicate the discusions, in which they divided the land of Traestea as well as the locations of each of it's new inhabitants. But in return, Eanel stuck a deal to allow to bring their own people to Traestea, and managed to settle the negotiation in their favor with the continent of Eanfel.
