Wojith, The Bleak
(a.k.a. The End, Eater of Worlds)
Wojith is often thought of as a being of destruction and decay whose very being is a threat to all life in existence. While this is not entirely untrue, they were also integral to the creation of the world as it's understood today. When the Ancient Triad first built the world is was devoid of all things, a desolate wasteland. Wojith and their twin Issius were born to become the artists that would paint this blank canvas, to sculpt it and give it life. Their system was simple. Wojith would break down pieces of the world into its most basic pieces and Issius would put those pieces together in a new order. And so they worked creating the stars and the sea to reflect them, the trees and wind to blow through them. They labored until there was nothing of the original wasteland to be found. But Wojith was not done.
Wojith saw the world that they had made together and now was ready to start the cycle anew, however Issius wanted to see this world grow and prosper by the designs they had made. Wojith began to rip apart their creation into pieces again, but Issius put the pieces back together in the same form Wojith had just disassembled. This clashing of powers grew to a fever pitch until eventually culminating in the birth of Anacari to settle their dispute. They would alter the world once more to allow it to grow, and Wojith would be allowed to eat away at the edges of reality. The hope was that the growth would be enough to counter act Wojith's insatiable hunger. While Anacari did allow them to come to a compromise, Wojith still ached to reset the world again. Every moment of serenity in the world was an eternity of existential pain.
The constant conflict between Wojith and Issius has become known as the Eternal War and was the primary reason for the creation of both angels and demons who work to fight off the irregularities spawned at the frayed edges of existence. Many believe that in the end Wojith will eventually win the struggle, but until then the world is fighting tooth and nail against that end.
