Ulsaro, Architect of Justice
Ulsaro (a.k.a. The Seven Handed)
Ulsaro spends most of their time locked away in their workshop. Designing, crafting and testing everything they can think of that will improve the world in their view. Their Angels do most of the work of implementing the best ideas on the mortal realm, though not usually at the behest of mortals.

Ulsaro is wary of leaving objects of power in the hands of mortals, especially ones that he would have to alter to pass the Dilaf Field or create in haste.
