Issius, The Grand Arbiter
Grand Arbiter Issius (a.k.a. Soldier of Order)
Issius, despite his rigid nature, is likely the divinity who has gone through the most striking changes over time. Or so it would seem to most outside observers. His existence started just after the Ancient Triad oversaw the birth of the universe, his role in the world already known to him. He needed to bring order to this new found reality. At first it was a barren world filled with nothing, which was it's own of order, but it wasn't truly order. Then he witnessed the work of Wojith who ripped apart the barren wastes to their barest form. And it was with these pieces and arranging them into new forms and structures that Issius sought to order the world. Thus was the beginning of Issius the Creator.
After the world had the first seeds of creation sown, there was a dispute between Issius and Wojith about what they should do next. Nothing could be done until the dispute was settled but neither was willing to be moved on the subject and none of the Ancient Triad felt compelled to intervene. The force of their wills clashing could be felt through the weave the entire world over. It was in these ripples that their wills coalesced into a single being, Anacari. From her birth, Wojith and Issius saw a solution. Whenever they began to fight in earnest, they would call for Anacari to serve as the much needed deciding vote between them.
Anacari while the first born of Issius, she did not end up being the last. As he continued to work Issius became enamored with the work of Binthris and how their direction gave purpose to the world. He realized that while he had created Anacari with Wojith in an intense clash of ideals, it likely was not limited to his interactions with Wojith. So he beseeched Binthris to help aid in the creation of a new divinity, in the hopes that this divinity would help bring him closer to the one he held in such high regard. Through their cooperation Felris was born, a being that would serve as the link tying Issius and Binthris together. And as such it was with her death in the War of the Old World that severed their connection.
Issius did not become the divinity as is commonly known in the world until after the War of the Old World and the rise of mortal civilization. The new peoples of the world were lost and fractured but yearned for a way to connect to each other and live in peace that they had fought so hard to create. But such a peace was tenuous at best as each people were fearful of each other and themselves at times. It was here that Issius gave the gift of Laws. The idea that rules could be created that all would live by, and that Issius would go to war to make sure that they were held to if need be, helped form the bridge of trust that was needed for the first groups to truly settle themselves and come together. From there Issius gave the gifts of agriculture and record keeping. As this was the beginning of records for the mortals and they had no memory of Issius past deeds, he mainly became recognized as the Grand Arbiter of Justice and the Soldier of Order instead of the being of creation.

Mental Trauma
The loss of their daughter Felris and the ensuing loss of connection with Binthris took a toll on Issius and he has become much less active in the world since only making exception to give a few initial gifts to help create the first mortal civilizations.

There is a place and a purpose for all things in existence. Each piece out of place causes the whole of the parts to become weaker. As such it is the duty of all to know their place and fulfill their role in existence.
A law is only as useful as it's ability to be upheld and an order is only as good as the soldier who follow it. To fail to act as directed is to invite chaos upon yourself and the world around you.
