Discovery, ExplorationCaptain Kethelis Oakheart of the Avalonian Imperial Navy discovers the habitable world of Peridot, and its tiny moon, Beryl, in the roots of the Tree of Life known as Yggdrasil's Sprout in a peacetime exploration mission. He recommends to Star Command that it would make a good forward observer's base in the Telasian System to keep an eye on the Shoggothi that make their home on the outer planet Wylinta, and an excellent site for an elven shipyard to harvest and shape the Tree's Starseeds for Navy use.Location

Military actionThe Fomorian Alliance known as The Solstice Pact attacks Evergleam during the celebration of Rumaraera. Total casualties number nearly a million in civilian and military injuries and lives. The Avalonian Imperial Navy, acting on behalf of the Avalonian Empire, declares war on the Fomorians of Known Space. Evergleam is destroyed, and the survivors flee as refugees into the stars. Most settle elsewhere within the Telasian System.

Kanothi Annexes Rustharaethal
Military actionDuke Maraaste Deerhawk, leader of the Nunnehi city-state Kanothi, launched an invasion of the Sidhe nation of Rustharaethal when his expansion touched on their borders. Since the attack was a complete surprise, the fighting was brief and limited. Eventually the Avalonian Imperial Navy negotiated a settlement in which most of the Sidhe inhabitants of Rustharaethal were permitted to migrate to Adinnileelyth with a small sum in weregild.
