Leanna

Leanna was the God Empress who sheltered the world in her light for uncounted ages. The sun was Leanna’s strength, and before its brilliance no foe could last for long. Her power was unmatched, and she defended everything from the lurking shadows. With her grace, the land flourished, and the people prospered. It was a golden age, one which could have lasted for millennia.
But some mortals wanted more, hence were summoned The Twelve some eight centuries ago. These twelve demons fought against Leanna. In the year now dubbed –1 LE, their followers attacked the holiest temples of Leanna while the Twelve attacked Leanna in person. The battle lasted a full day, with the Twelve on the verge of victory. Rather than accept defeat, Leanna unleashed all her remaining power in an act of self-immolation. The resulting fireball destroyed all but three of the Twelve. The remaining three - Emperor Sorrow, Orien and Callai - split the world between them.
