The Myst Kartan

The Myst Kartan is a loose affiliation of six powerful figures, primarily mages, who act as an informal governing body for the nation-state of Iracan in collaboration with the local government. Each member of the group have their own specialties, roles, and objectives, but the collaboration of the six primary members of the Kartan act as the primary deterrent against attack or invasion of Iracan by other nations.
The members of the Myst Kartan are generally known to the populous as important figures.
Members:
1: Minirathel Oden'val - An elder elven woman who specializes in divination magic, and is known colloquially as "the Seer." She is the primary advisor on matters of state import and planning to the Kartan and the local government.
2: Elegon Haustus - A fire genasi man known to be fairly jovial, and seen as the most approachable of the six. He is the primary arbiter and advisor on commerce within Iracan, and acts as the direct liaison to the shipping conglomerates and other commercial sectors in the nation.
3: Paelor Jurran - A half-elf who is known for a stoic expression, he is the primary liaison to the Eastmarch Academy in Iracan. He is rumored to be a familial member of the Aernvald clan, but has forsaken his family name and connections in a bid to remain impartial.
4: Vaesteda Deepblade - A dwarven woman who is most known for her no-nonsense demeanor, but is also the member of the Kartan most seen by the general populace due to her love of drinking with the common folk. She is the primary advisor on artifice and magical technology in Iracan, and maintains the vast majority of the city's magical defenses, as well as acting as a liaison to Cor Benfius and their Airship market.
5: Dallan Dupree - A human man who acts as the primary religious liaison in the city and acts as head of the Temple of Omera. While sometimes distrusted by other religious groups, he nontheless acts as a direct arbiter on state matters with the monarchs of Raspitonha.
6: Celestine - The most secretive of the Kartan, little is known about her, including what she looks like. However, she acts as the nation of Iracan's spymaster and head of their various intelligence networks.
