The Justicar, Blade of Light

A being of which little is known, seemingly rooted or connected to a magical artifact found in the lair of Palivus, the Abyssal Dragon, known as the Blade of the Justicar.
Some historians theorize that the Justicar was an early position within the Church of the Sun, a sort of warrior-priest tasked specifically with rooting out evil, misdeeds, and acting a judge (and often executioner) to the wicked.
