Lung problems are one of the most common ailments of the people living in cities in Tosormi, no matter your status in society. The constant smog created by the factories is inhaled on a daily basis and can render even the most healthy person with lung issues, especially if you happen to work in or near the factories.
In the last few years the issue of the smog has been taken more seriously by the authorities and measures have been taken to limit the smog, as well as researching medicine for the lung problems it causes.
The most common of these medicines is "Dr. Healthy's Lung Oil", which is available at a reasonable price even for poorer workers. Lately, however, the lung oil has proved to have some unwanted side effects, where the most common is Muscle Faintness.
