Aben Fulmer

First Minister Aben Fulmer is well known as a former lover of the Queen, and rumoured to be the father of the heir. Although, to be fair, there are a hundred such potential candidates. Fulmer is no great warrior, but he has been part of Arva's entourage for many decades. He came to her service in the last five years of the war, aged twenty-three, and it was partly his skill at understanding the way the world works, that led to Arva's victory.
He has been a member of her Government, having served for the past twenty years as her First Minister.
