Zedaar Ravomorn
Father of Voris, and current head of Ravomorn Financial Consultants, a banking and investment firm on the forefront of innovations in the financial sector (such as fractional reserve banking). The party took his contracted offer of not speaking about Voris or generating any bad press or rumors about him (or the business) and being on retainer for future mercenary adventurer work, in exchange for the Hoardseeker Ring (which Leila used for many days until seemingly aborbing its abilities into herself, such that the ring is no more). It was initially unclear where his loyalties lie in the recent multi-faceted wars on the continent of Omros, but later considerations found that he was mostly neutral, simply favoring the greatest financial stability and profitable in the circumstances, though this indeed put him most in alignment with the Golden Coast. This also led to the recent relocation of his firm's headquarters from Ixlyria to Temisrane.
When the party was inspecting the relay hub console in the Temple of the Worlds, he appeared as Potentially Anomalous Creature at Low Monitoring Priority due to an "irregular madjiga interaction", with a diagnostic code matching the one in Leila's record. This flag was only about 10 hours old at that point. The close timing of that potential anomaly flag happening only about 10 hours after Leila's involuntary blood sample (stabbing) by the mysterious kobold raised some suspicions among some members of the group, which turned out to be valid, as they later found out the kobold was none other than Uza, one of Zedaar's most trusted fixers.
It turns out that he had previously run afoul of the same witchcraft-practicing dragon that Leila's mother did (Prakeiktaax), and has been running out the clock before that dragon's promised revenge. He caught word (via various back-alley dealings) that a young street urchin of Ixlyria (Leila) had received a powerful anti-curse against this dragon's magic. Thus, he has been keeping track of her for a couple years, hoping to eventually obtain this anti-curse as well, at least before this dragon attempts to curse him. What he didn't realize about Leila is that this anti-curse, plus a natural inclination to hoard wealth (which he also has), has been leading to her draconification. So, now that he has obtained this anti-curse for himself (that, due to the timing of the dragon witch's revenge, had to be a bit of an involuntary rush job carried out by Uza, rather than a voluntary request to Leila herself), he too is slowly becoming more draconic. However, his newer scales (in place of his previously natural blue scales as a dragonborn) are black and strangely glass-like (i.e., obsidian), not matching any known variety of dragon. Upon meeting with Leila after her full transformation into a dragon, he seems greatly concerned and wishes to take steps to avoid her fate. For restitution for the involuntary blood sample, he offered the bloodsteel dagger that was used to Leila, as well as making Uza's services available to the party in the future.
