Torvoroar
Adult sapphire dragon, father of Eldram, partner of Dinalth. With much of his past a mystery, he and Dinalth have lived/laired in the underdark for much of Eldram's life, but have more recently been plotting a coup of the Republic's current jurisdiction in the underdark, with the aid of dissenting drow matriarchs (and their servants) to whom they were able to grant warlock powers. His lineage was treated with great care and secrecy on the part of the academy, presumably because he was hatched as a bronze dragon.
He has mostly opperated from the shadows backing up his partner Dinalth, who has taken on a matriarchal role in leading their dynastic efforts. One part of this has been trying to recruit their son Eldram back into the fold, to further enhance their abilities to form contracts of draconic power with allied warlocks. He has done so by communicating with Eldram using the Dream spell, a practice which Eldram had despised and wished to have stop. Sure enough, after about two weeks of effort, Eldram was able to master the ability of not needing to sleep during a long rest. It was later revealed, when Torvoroar was attempting to clandestinely negotiate a mineral rights deal for palladium with Lepus Landing (Tilly's hometown) under the identity of the dwarf Tavik Eldramin, that he viewed Eldram's opposition as merely a phase that he encouraged him to grow past, and rejoin the family in the underdark. Eldram (naturally) refused, and in the weeks that followed, grew resolved to alleviate the issue entirely by plane shifting away from this world entirely, joining his new boyfriend Kal in returning to World 37-09. It is unclear what Torvoroar's reaction to this will be.
