Dominic is shockingly resilient to the cold, to the point that he doesn't wear a coat despite living in one of the coldest places of the region.

Special abilities

Dominic is a sculptor of masterful skill, and ice shaped with his bare hands is on the level of an average sculptor using the best tools possible. He is adept at locating fault lines in the icy ground of his city, and can strike them to seemingly call sheets of ice out of nowhere.
