Scalen

The Scalen are a race of bipedal lizardmen that are native to the Border Savannah and have a lifespan similar to that of a human.

Because of their physique most other races despise the Scalen and refuse to work with or around them. For this reason Scalen tend to stick to their own small settlements and rarely allow outsiders to intermingle with them
