Klaus Frostmantle
Klaus is a confident and well respected friend of Sildar Hallwinter. He provided gifts for a party of adventurers who had arrived at Neverwinter as a request from Sildar as Klaus owed him a favor.
Klaus seems to do a lot of travelling around the area and appears to be known for having nice goods he provides to those he encounters.
