Adventure 1 Session 4 - Here's Molly

General Summary

Our heroes woke up after their long rest and left their prisoner tied and gagged in the dragon fight room with some rations and water. He had his work cut out to get it thru the gag but sure no one dies in a day.
Back in the room with the put the bodies of the goblin wizard and hobgoblin were missing with clumps of dirt leading from the shrub to the bodies, drag marks to the pit. Stumbleduck tried taking some clippings from an intimate area only to be attacked by the shrub which resembled a Groot. A swift arrow from Gurgieh ended baby Groot and Stumbleduck shaved it's tree pubes.
After descending the pit and investigating the growing mushrooms, the crew encountered a skeletal Tenacious D Tribute band which was quickly dispatched only for Stumbleduck and Erkie to be attacked in the rear from two more Groot monsters. Thankfully they were weeny and Stumbleduck got some more tree pubes. While discussing the next move a super big rat with a harness showed up, looked at us and fucked off back into a cave. While deciding on course of action, and trying to get Gurgieh to stop rocking back and forth, it's owner showed up, a Bugbear, with 2 pet rats. Gregor made short work of him while Gurgieh crit and skewered one rat and Taman introduced the other to his warhammer, Molly 
We investigated a room to the east where we found a herbalist kit and investigated the 6 rooms off it finding 1) A Goblin family that we nearly masacared but just locked them in 2) a couple of goblin blacksmiths working on armour 3) a weapons room in which Gurgieh got some arrows and we locked behind us 4) An empty room with a tunnel 5) Two goblin scientisians dissecting a live rat who's organs were bark and fruit like, they were sent into the great beyond while Taman took a vial of liquid which the goblin told us "did this to the rat" 6) Two goblins making wine. We traded the giant rat skewer for a bottle and let them go.
Investigations of the tunnel in room 4 revealed a cave with a fire serpent which Gregor killed and took some heat damage from, and we found out came from the fire plane and Stumbleduck skinned for boots.
We then rested in a room which contained a dragon statue with a tray in its mouth. After removing the tray and nothing happening, Taman smashed it.
The crew bedded down with Erky sleeping by the door
